Choose your app from the service lineup, then select a country. The total appears before you get the number. Log in and make sure your wallet has enough balance. Enter the number in the app you’re verifying and request its SMS. Keep your OTP Hero number page open: the code appears there automatically.

Choose the exact app or website you want to verify. Each number is supplied for the service and country you selected. Prices and availability vary between countries.

Numbers are recycled, so a number may already have been used on that app. If no SMS code has arrived, cancel the number and try another number or country.

Open My numbers to see your verification history. Choose a service in the list to reopen its number page and view its status or delivered code.

First, check that you entered the number correctly and requested an SMS in the app you’re verifying. Keep the number page open to receive updates. You can cancel before a code arrives to return the cost to your OTP Hero wallet.

If the number expires without an SMS, its cost returns to your wallet when its status updates. The number page shows the remaining time and checks the status automatically.

Once a verification code has been delivered, that number is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancelled or expired numbers return as OTP Hero wallet credit.

Your wallet holds the credit you use to get numbers. The price is shown before you purchase, and your balance updates after the transaction. Wallet credit can only be spent on OTP Hero; withdrawals are not available.

The deposit system supports BTC, native ETH, and USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), with credit applied after confirmations. Check your Wallet for current deposit availability. If deposits are not available, an administrator can add credit to your account.

No. You can explore services, countries, and prices first. You only need to log in and have enough wallet credit when you get a number. Your selected service and country stay saved in this browser tab while you log in.

Use Forgot password on the login page. We’ll email a one-hour reset link. You’ll also get a welcome email when you sign up, a confirmation when a crypto deposit is credited, and an email when a verification code arrives.

New accounts must confirm their email with a 6-digit OTP we send on registration. It expires in 5 minutes. You can resend it from the signup screen. Existing accounts already verified stay logged in as usual.

Open Account and use Authenticator 2FA. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy, then enter a 6-digit code. Admin accounts must enable 2FA before they can use admin tools. Save the backup codes.
